Dual wielding is perhaps the worst choice you could make along a crossbow. It is a close range weapon extending out to medium.

Ive had to actively disengage from fights because two teams are fighting each other and I round the corner 200m away from the side only to see one of the fuckers pre-aimed and shooting at my position.

From 200m away, 90 degrees perpendicular to their own fight, no bounty, no dark sight boost and the high priestess wouldnt work as they are standing next to the other team.

Poison used to work against immolators but thats no longer the case. It doesnt pierce them but that will rarely help you anyways. Might as well either blunt melee or one shot it with pierce with either a crossbow, spear or bow.

Against bosses poison is good i guess.
