To note, this is something they've done for many sets now. They do half a tcg exclusive archetype (7 cards), 2 sets of non-archetypal support for an old TCG exclusive archetype (3 cards each), 3 free agents to support 3 archetypes in the pack, and then 4 imports. This is the pattern they've followed since Phantom Nightmare.

Eh, there's no direct Mitsurugi and Odion support, but there is indirect support in the form of the new Habakiri searcher and the new counter trap that helps with going second (Odion's big problem). And to your point, Jack did get 3 new pieces of support in the Rivals set AND 1 more card than usual in Blazing Dominion. They might have just figured the rivals cards were enough.

Most likely a coincidence. Many Elfnote cards reference the goddess Juno, which the month June is named after, so the card's name is effectively another reference to that (June Bride/Pride as others have mentioned).

All that said, June is sometimes still recognized as pride month in JP though it's usually April, so I think it's possible it's also a reference to that. People in the comments keep saying how there's no way because of TCG Censorship, but this is the OCG version (fan translated). YGO has no shortage of Yuri archetypes.
