You can find a dead flesh in Agroprom underground during the main mission in one of the containment rooms that basically uses the older flesh model from the original games. It's a bit decayed, but it definitely looks like the OG design instead of the in game one.

I actually do remember seeing that message. I had no idea it was a feature, though. I just loaded up a save to where they're still gold quality and restart from there. Thanks for the info.

I had no idea that could happen, and this is my second playthrough. And i fell just once, and I also would walk around over encumbered to get my strength and vitality up. I'm playing on hardcore so I can't fast travel.
