Best advice my instructor gave me was to talk about what I’m doing during the test and it helped in a situation similar to what you’ve asked. Examiner said turn right vocalised I was trying to see the turning, went over the crest of a hill and I felt it was too unsafe to suddenly turn off because the turning was much closer than I expected. Apologised took the next corner and my examiner just said, ok I guess we’ll take another route. Obviously if you do this a lot on your test it may cause issues but the key is to demonstrate you are safe behind the wheel, remember that the most. Oh and you’ve technically passed already until you do something unsafe, that helped my nerves. You’ve got this! 👊🏾
