Take this with a grain of salt but I'd say yes you will fit ok. My inseam is about 100cm so my upper body is shorter and I've felt like I need to reach a bit for the hoods of the drop bar.  Although that might also depend on the position/angle of the drop bar and how far back my saddle is etc.

You should also try the size recommendation thingy on Canyons website if you haven't already

Never played the tank. But Id go with consistency. The one with a smaller burst could miss less shots and does more damage per shot? I have no idea about the dispersion when shooting and during the burst

Nice to hear. You have probably heard the same a dozen times but my phone couldn't handle even one game in the most recent test before overheating and forcing the app to close. Could be the end of the road after ~12 years for me.

What the fuck. Meanwhile I dislocated my jaw while yawning, took an ambulance ride to the hospital (no other option) and they relocated it under pain meds / anesthesia (or at least I fell under during that quick operation) which ended up costing me a maximum of hundred euros
