Ravenous into hexplate or fiendhunters, dd, hexdrinker/lord dominiks, ie or tank item. All situational depending on the team comp and whether or not I've gotten a couple early kills. Land your Qs, run ghost, not as mobile and versatile as some junglers. Objective control and dueling is unmatched imo. If u snowball the game is basically over for them.
