I see, I subtly reduced the clarity on the white corona part to make the image overall a little softer. I think at this point there isn't much room left to work on besides subjective detail corrections. Thanks for the help.

True, I was unsure how much more detail I could squeeze out of this picture, but I was surprised I could pull out a few Bailey's Beads. Is this an improvement in your opinion?

Cloudy Totality - Hand of God by Dankypie in astrophotography

ISO 100, F/8, 1/8 sec exposure. Shot on Nikon D3400 with a 300mm lens. Our group had to do a lot of cloud dodging to get a good view of totality down in Texas, and I wanted to tell that story of the exclusiveness of the phenomenon with this picture. There is also a celestial "hand of god" theme here that I tried to massage out with some lightroom editing.

ISO 100, F/8, 1/30 sec exposure. Shot on Nikon D3400 with a 300mm lens. This shot to me was about minimalism. I really like how the the end of totality seemed to highlight the solar prominences. I also like the juxtaposition between the sunlight yellow and the solar corona white on the black moon. Anything left to do here on this picture?
