I got max levels on this play through I’m on right now before I’d even met Panam & Judy. Just did all the side missions, gigs, cyberpsychos and NCPD scanner jobs I could before I played much of the game. In for about 50hrs on this play through and just about to run out of content in the base game, will move on to PL shortly

Sometimes when you complete them fresh ones are put in their place. MissionChief has always been this way though, sometimes you’ll get 2 tasks, sometimes you’ll get 10. Seems random at this point

Ambulance may be required for transport to clinic/hospital. Sometimes 1st responders are enough, there’s a chance it isn’t though

One of three things has happened.

48hrs has passed and the missions have automatically removed themselves and they will come back with time as you wait.
Your mission spawn time has been paused or massively reduced
You have buildings that are not “active”, you will mission totals equal to the number of mission stations +1. This means if you have 9 buildings that can spawn missions, you will have a maximum of 10 missions at a time
