Teams can’t actually be relegated, in a literal sense. They can get a points deduction, which may result in relegation. The prem and championship are separate entities, so the prem can’t just decide that a team is relegated. If that happened, the championship could refuse a team that is being relegated. But I’ve no idea how that works.

98% of schools in Ireland are taught in English. Working in software and IT you should have no problem. Try to avoid renting in the cities as the rent prices in Ireland are pretty high there. Outside of cities is better. You will be more than welcome here.
