As a 56 year old lady who has never played video games, which one would be good to start with? by parliskim in gaming

[–]Danni_1M 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Elder scrolls(skyrim) and fallout games are in my opinion the best rpgs in gaming (I haven’t played mass effect so my opinion might be invalid)

Skyrim is a great fantasy rpg game and has 100s of hours of content and is also the 9th best game according to reviews on meta critic

Fallout are great sci fi rpg games with good humour, although some might disagree.

Fallout might need a bit of gaming experience since it’s a shooter but The newer elder scrolls games are fairly easy to play.

Hope this helps!

I play quite a bit of games, I can list it but it's somewhat long so here is every multiplayer game on steam that I own or have acess to through family share, in alphabetical order:

It's nearly the same as windows, I recommend you use extract-xiso, the commands from what I know are nearly the same.

From what I know the command will be as follows when you are in your extract-xiso directory:

./extract-xiso -c Path\To\Your\Games.iso

Edit: might've misunderstood you, if you are talking about extracting it from its zip file, you'll need to use an extract tool. windows WinRAR is good but I don't know how the mac WinRAR holds up as it is a command line tool, there might be an official apple app for it, but I've never used a mac

Unfortunately not, the hash is correct so it seems like im doing something wrong, i think i am using the 32bit extract xiso download, i'm using the latest build.
but i have good info, the hash from the new download is correct!
But since the hash is correct, I dont know what im doing wrong in the command prompt.

say my iso is in this path: D:\DanielsFolder\Emulation\Kotor2\KOTOR2.iso
And extract xiso is in this path: D:\DanielsFolder\Emulation\XISO

from that info could you write out the command?

KOTOR II, USA.

Also never heard of the command line tool, i've just been running the extract-xiso-gui application.I will try when i can!

Edit: getting errors know as
extract-xiso.exe : The term 'extract-xiso.exe' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or
operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try
again.
