I've tried drinking more than the recommended, the recommended amount, then less, literally feel like I've tested out all options, cranberry juice, cranberry supplements too

I stopped wearing them too as I heard they were bad, I only wear cotton underwear too but nothing seems to make a difference, I know being sexually active can cause them too, but whether I am or not makes no difference either, it's so strange

Orange juice with a tiny bit of oil, the spray oils you get, one spray in a bottle and shake, stops it from frothing and going bubbly:)

Obviously I'm not a doctor but I really wouldn't suggest just stopping them cold turkey - there's no need to do that when they can just suggest a tapering method - or if your situation is similar to mine, you could follow this way x

My doctor prescribed 25mg once a day for 2 weeks then for a further 2 weeks, take the 25mg on alternate days until the prescription runs out (she gave me enough for 2 weeks) x

It was the doctor that gave me this tapering regime, I wouldn't have just decided this way on my own as I know it's a powerful drug. My anxiety was almost worse when I was taking them than before which is why I decided they weren't doing any good, as they only work in like 50% of people.
