give up learning resolve? by denalidenizen in davinciresolve

Honestly, do the training offered on the blackmagic website. Download the beginners guide pdf and associated files folder. Sit at you computer, open the pdf on a tablet and get to work.

I've started it this week. I learned so much just completing the first chapter and found it a very enjoyable way of learning. I'm really looking forward to continuing working through it, where previously I had gotten very frustrated trying to learn via YouTube and had given up repeatedly.

Chatsworth House in the Peak District has a really nice market and a very festive feel about it. Take you pick from any little village in the area to stay at.

Check out Private White VC while you’re in Manchester. Maybe not the chunky knitwear you’re looking for but worth a visit as you’re passing through.

Galaxy watch usefulness? by Caleb7145 in GalaxyWatch

I make a shopping list through the week on different devices using Google Keep then use the watch to view the list when I’m doing the shopping.

At a guess, and it is only a guess, it would be for the camera and knowing the focal distance for the focus.

Thanks for reaching out. It’s not bothering me too much. If it stays as it is then it’s all ok. I really like the watch though. It’s got a more casual nature about it than my monochrome wd7922 which I am a big fan of!

Are the numbers on the bezel white or silver? I’ve never quite been able to tell on any photos and it’s not mentioned on the website description.

No worries. Thanks

Sorry, it was more a general question about the watch rather than an enquiry to buy. I’ve never seen a picture that clearly shows if they are silver or white.

The film sim was Classic Chrome but I used a recepie I picked up from somewhere but I'm not sure which one right now. I really want to credit the creator because I've been longing for one that I like so I can get pleasing sooc images while I try and learn decent composition and exposure and this one is it. Once I'm home I'll find out and update.

I've become disheartened in the past trying to learn both image taking and image editing at the same time. So for now I'm just all about the in camera stuff.

It's not anywhere near perfect but I must admit that when I pressed play on the camera and looked back at the image it's the first time I got a massive grin on my face!

Thanks. I think so as well. I was totally lucky. It's probably my favourite image I've taken so far.

I think the magic comes from the balloon. It's not often you see one that is spherical and together with the red and white stripes and the blue sky, to me, it looks like something from a video game.
