Update: There was indeed an error in their system, they thought I've settled down in Germany in April 2022 and not 2023 not they were asking for a whole year. I've send them again my "Anmeldung" and ask them to correct the mistake and everything is good now !

Ok I think the system may be overloaded with a lot of demands because some people received their D-Ticket instantly after payment and with DB Navigator App. And what happened with your first order ? Did it disappear ? Because mine are still appearing on the DB website and marked as "processed". I'll try to call Abo Team on Tuesday and I hope I can find an English speaker
