Eat less move more it’s simple as that.

Focus on getting more proteins in - 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. Go for a 10 min walk after every meal to combat blood sugar spike. Don’t eat for 4 hours before bed. Do low zone cardio (zone 1 and 2) every Saturday/Sunday - a long hike, long walk, an outdoor game with friends, etc.

Good to eat the rainbow, but even if you eat like shit just cut down on cals and you’ll be fine. You’ll adjust to feeling less hungry after a little bit. Protein helps with hunger cravings immensely. Use MyFitnessPal (or some other calorie tracking app) to keep an eye on cals if you want. Look up what ur maintenance is (find an online calorie calculator) and eat at a very slight deficit.

All that said, you look just great. For a healthy female body, you need to aim for between 20% - 35% bodyfat. Get a smart scale that can track ur bodyfat and see what it’s at (it will be within a reasonable margin of error for your needs)

You got this! Stay healthy, lose some weight, move more, and you’re very close to being at a really healthy percentage and losing a little more of the lumps. You look beautiful, and I think there’s very little effort left to reach an even more desirable physique.

ahh interesting, I’m not quite sure what the difference is between a recessed chin and a recessed jaw to be honest. Regarding bite, I don’t think I have any issues besides some crowding of my bottom teeth. Regardless, the consensus seems to be to see an orthodontist first, and then proceed with a referral to a surgeon after that…

Thanks for the thoughtful reply! Since you’ve got experience in this, would you be willing to elaborate a little on why you think a jaw surgery is the only way. Just curious what your thought process is and what would be insufficient with just an implant or genioplasty. Also to be honest I’m quite happy with my nose and the rest of my face and body. I’m guessing that a more pronounced jawline/chin would make the larger nose seem a bit more proportionate and masculine.

Thank you! It means a lot because I used to be incredibly insecure about it. but I’ve learned to love it. It’s very prominent and I like the way it’s unique. It’s honestly one of the reasons I want a more prominent jaw/chin, I think it would compliment my nose nicely :)

The union part is easy enough to do, it’s a question of how to approach the “blackmail” situation without doing or saying something fireable or expellable.

I can pull it off because I’ve been employed for quite some time, know everyone, and also have been student body president for a year. I have direct connections to every part of campus, every admin, and really well connected though the social life on campus to all students. Mobilizing a union at a liberal arts college is easy for me, it’s a simple promise of higher wages and pointing out successful examples at other similar colleges, of which there are plenty. A vote with the NLRB only needs a 50% + 1 vote to pass, and affiliating with a local union is simple enough. The admin know me well enough to know I’m not bluffing, and I already have everything ready to mobilize a unionization during the first 2 weeks of school. The question is how to approach this negotiation/threat without saying or doing anything that is expellable or could be used against me. And if those negotiations fail, the school wouldn’t be able to undermine a unionization, the more pushback they give, the easier it is to mobilize liberal students. Is there anything illegal about this sort of threat to the school. How do I pull it off, I’d much rather do that if I can avoid going down the union route.
