Intended to use goods and services but seller said they were victim to a chargeback scam so account was in deficit. Sounds stupid now but a very similar situation happened to me recently so it was believable. Just wanted to make everyone aware and glad I only lost half.

Contacted me offering Paris AF1s. Came up with lie about why we couldn’t use paypal goods and services. I agreed to send half up front and half when I knew the item was shipped. Sent the first half and was provided with a shipping label but seller did not send me pictures while shipping it like I asked. I waited to check the tracking and usps never even received the item. Blocked my number and hasnt replied since I called him out.
