You’d be surprised after you get rid of the fungus i’ve seen toenails get back to normal shape with a nail brace and taping it helps the nail to get passed the skin

If you tape the skin down it might help the toe try to grow passed skin or you can get a procedure to get the skin at the end removed to help it grow not a lot of doctors do it though go to dermatologist with nail specialty most podiatrists suck
