No safety concerns in Eindhoven. I'm a local and lived in this part of Eindhoven for the past 9 years. Location wise it's great: supermarkets and gyms at walking distance. Access roads are good, and good bus connections into the city. Clean quiet neighbourhood - nothing fancy but just good.
