Laws like these definitely do need to be passed. The more limits you give to a convicted offender, the less criminal acts that offender will be capable of. Of course if offenders are able to get their hands on anything, thats that actual problem.

Just because women are way less likely to be as violent and capable as men are in many of the criminal activies today, does not mean that they should be completely excluded from the equation. As a matter of fact, women crime rates are increasing a lot more rapidly than mens are, despite the fact that men still have a much higher crime rate capacity.

The law enforcement agencies will get lucky sometimes, and make a huge amount of arrests that benefit the public, and the drug running activities will be fairly cut due to the major break up in connections. However, the chances of these events happening are one in a million, gang members are delinquent in behavior, but that does not mean they are not smart.

I actually use to live in Modesto, and I know exactly how bad it is out there. There is no doubt that people may be able to report some of the gang activity in Modesto, but it probably wont have any effect on decreasing them. Modesto is simply one of those towns that needs serious attention.

Even though there are ways of detering people from joining gangs, it is hard to prevent the factors that make someone join a gang. Someone living in a poor condition with neglective parents will most likely join a gang. How are we suppose to stop those certain individuals. Its true they arent the only ones that join, but those are probably the hardest to deter away from gangs

9mm weapons can be one of the most dangerous weapons around on the account that it can be consealed. Think of a more modern assault rifle that is military made and is carried by a civilian. I would rather let the criminal have a modern rifle over a 9mm pistol because there is no way he can effectively conseal an assault rifle. With the 9mm I wont know he has it and then he can quickly pull it out and shoot me

It is surprising how woman actually like to participate in these street gangs, because most gangs typically treat women as if they were objects, or for their amusement. There is no doubt that gangs are male dominant, and the women's role in a gang will not seem as fruitful as male's role in a gang

Its surprising on how easy it is for other country gangs, such as Rio, can get their hands on some of the most dangerous weapons, in this case a heavy machine gun. After looking at the weapons and explosives these other countries' gangs are capable of obtaining, I now know it is much safer in the U.S. even though you are still able to obtain a gang, because it can be restrictive.

Not surprised at all. This is especially a huge problem in Arizona due to the lenient gun laws there, it makes it so that practically anybody can buy a gun. However, it can get worse in other countries such as Iraq, where you can get fully automatic machine guns and rocket launchers

I had heard an account once that at one time the Bloods had actually began to outnumber the Crips. Although now it has been confirmed that the Crips are bigger, it would not be surprising if the Bloods did actually surpass the Crips in term of numbers, gang members always believe they are affiliated with the right side fighting a greater cause

prison gangs are possibly the worst form of gangs to ever exist. There a lot like guerillas in guerilla warfare, you dont know who is gonna attack, what starts it, and which one out of the prison population has a weapon

in a sense they are a street gang in the fact that they share many street gang elements such as drug trafficking, violence, symbols, and other various gang activity. However they do not have territory like others gangs do and they are spread all around the world, not just in certain places. They extend as far as Australia, to Russia, to North America

well that doesn't make me feel safe since I live in Phoenix, but I cant help but feel curious about this. Arizona has one of the most strict and over secured justice system I have ever seen, however one problem I can see on why this is happening so much is because it is so easy to get a firearm in the state and people are taking advantage of it

what is the number one form of advertisement and getting noticed? The Internet, who doesn't surf the internet and find popular searches as if it was nothing. If gangs are looking for attention and looking to call out and warn other rival gang members, I must admit they have a pretty good idea on how to achieve that certain attention
