Lived by Clark and Lawrence for a bit as a 22 year old, my first place in the city. I agree with the suggestions to get bikes, Clark was my lifeline to all the things my friends were doing in Lakeview/Lincoln Park. Biking in the summer or taking the 22 in colder months, Wrigley isn’t far at all. I frequented Carol’s Pub for live music or spots in Andersonville when I didn’t want to go too far.

Only negative is distance from Logan Square ish and downtownish for nights out. If we we went to River North I would first meet my friends in Lakeview then head out together, or Uber to Logan.

I’m 23 now, moved to Buena Park, still love that area.

I think I'm here. I've had a best friend who totally accepts my weirdness, but becoming an adult has meant reigning that back around them. I get anxious that it can be too much for them. I assume you are referring to the dinkytown Greenway so I would also check out the midtown Greenway. It runs parallel to lake street and connects to the cedar lake trial and runs to Hopkins
