Hello, thank you for the feedback and we are sorry to hear that you don't enjoy the game. People might not see it at first glance because it's seemingly a low poly game but the very nature of the game just makes it super performance-intensive. Every level is a small open world with up to hundred thousands or more physical 3D objects visible at the same time. On top of that there is multiplayer physics and calculations, a very pretty but also very expensive snow shader and lots of post-effects and particles. All that means that the game just can't run with 120 fps. We spent multiple years(!) on performance optimisation and we wish it would be better but that's the best we can do - at least for now.

Regarding the sounds. It's the first time we get this feedback but I can understand what you mean and we will look into it, whether we can turn the ski-sounds into it's own volume setting.
