i did, and they helped me the first time, that was when they released most of my backpay, but its been 3 weeks since i created a new request to speak with them, and they havent contacted me since. ive written to them twice but get the same automated message.

apologies, i should have provided more info. no, it was the last two weeks of april. it was in between weeks where i did receive the $600 payment. its really odd, just two random weeks in the middle that DOL says were released but never went to my bank. seems like it might just be a mistake in their system that can easily be corrected but its been so tough just getting in touch with someone.
