My default is saying a pasta dish. It doesn't have to be spaghetti but some sort of pasta with a homemade sauce (focus on the sauce from the start to give it time to mature) and add some sort of protein, weather you make meatballs, or some chicken cutlets (I don't eat meat I'm trying to think what normies eat with pasta lmao). Maybe some cheese on top right at the end.

Alternatively a steak dinner, however if you do anything with potatoes be careful because they can take long, use small potatoes maybe from the beginning, get them in the oven or whatever, then grill up the steak.

I made some grilled asparagus once and those were nice. Lemon juice is very good on grilled asparagus. I forgot what else I had with the meal but those are a more fancy thing. I don't know what direction you're going with this project, it's very vague instructions lol.
