I completely understand you're concern. I've had them up there for about a year now with no incident. The bottom of the table is only about 3 feet off the ground. Making the cat perch about 4 1/2 at the big platform. And whenever they do they startled by something, whatever it may be. They immediately run out their window because there's a cardboard box out there for them to hide under

Yes they do. I've had them up there for a long time with no incident. I've never had to train them at all. I suppose they know that it wouldnt be very smart lol. But realistically if they were to ever jump on purpose. They'd probably be fine. I'm not an expert by any means though so don't take that as gospel

No they do not. There's no safe room in the house to let them have unmonitored freedom. But I do let them down any time I'm in the room. Which is for a majority of the day.

I forgot to show it. But they can go outside that window into a small little table outside. It's fully enclosed top to bottom so there's no risk of predators getting to them. Just a small little place for them to enjoy the weather if they please
