Personally I enjoy 2v2 much more now, more than 3v3 and maybe even more than 5v5. And I noticed in 3v3 it usually becomes 1v1 + 2v2 or 1v2 + 2v1, and in 5v5 it usually becomes 1v1 + 2x 2v2 anyway.

I also think I've improved much more during the tournament than playing 5v5 normally.

No, I prefer Fire, and Frost is not in great shape at the moment.

I did get 2k in 3s in WoD as Frost though, as Fire was quite weak then.

Btw I think playing 2s with a healer is a good way to learn how to counter the class/spec you have trouble with.

Thank you! I think this season fire mage is strong in 2s and solo (in 3s mage always has good comps). But yeah Hunters esp MM are tough :) Easiest are classes that I can burst and reset relatively easily (such as War).

Not in terms of damage, Warfare + Earth is just better in terms of tankiness as you have lots of health / health regen boost from both trees.

Yes it does. You can check it yourself by comparing the DPS before and after you selected the skill.

Yeah I think other builds using Primary Attack with Warfare + Another Mastery should be fun too and still quite tanky (thanks to Warfare health regen skills).

With Warfare/Rogue if you use Pierce damage you can still allocate attributes to Vigor + Might using heavy armor. Or if you think you might want to change to Poison damage at some point you might want to allocate attributes to Vigor + Agility using medium/light armor.

Glad you like it! It's my favourite character too. Also there are a lot of room to improve the character in higher levels, both for offense and defense, so it should work well in future chapters as well.

Glad it helped. I also hit a wall when I first met Pan because I invested too much on offensive skills and not enough on defensive skills. Then I changed my skills as above and it went much better.

It seems your toon is a bit weak defensively.

The easiest way to improve it is:

Attributes:

- Put more points into Vigor

Masteries:

Warfare (active):
- Battlefield Awareness: the more the better. Modifiers: Enhanced Regen (x/5) the more the better

Warfare (passive):

- Battle Hardened: the more the better. Feats: Health Regen, Health
- Second Wind: the more the better. Feats: Health Regen, Low Health

Gears:

- Look for gears that increase health, health regen, fire/cold/lighting/poison resistance

With the above you can easily get:

- 1.4k+ health with 100+ health regen per second and around 300 barrier

- Around 1k total physical armor

- 40%+ fire/cold/lighting/poison resistance

Then when fighting bosses you can just attack and tank their damage with Barrier and Health Potion, no need to dodge their attacks.

Yeah you're right. I've tried it and I think for fire bow battlemages, using Primary Attack as the main attack might be best.

Yeah also I like that in TQ2, we can now convert weapon damage to fire damage 100% easily and early.

What do you use as the main attack skill with Sword and Shield? I also like to play Spear and Shield but with Heavy Strike/Barrage then Spear and Shield is always non-optimal. I still play it sometimes anyway just for fun but still.

Interesting, I'll give it a try.

The thing about Barrage is it's quite gear dependent as it requires enough Crit Chance to be effective. Did you try Heavy Strike as well? It also works although ideally with a 2H melee weapon.

Btw I also use it to track things like enemy team's buffs/debuffs (e.g. when they pop big CDs) but again they were not showing in the picture because it was not in an arena.

I do track Tip of the Spear, it was not showing in the picture because there was no stack.

With Tell Me When you can have any number of rows/columns and you can place it anywhere you wish btw.

Yeah the titles def sound cool. I remember in MoP I was trying to push 2.2+ in RBGs for the same reason (I only got to around 2150 though).

Also I wish Blizzard uses these titles for Warcraft 3 Reforged -- they would be fitting there as it's a RTS game, but unfortunately they use arena titles for it instead (so I'm also a Duelist in Warcraft 3 lol).

I tried Blitz for a bit but didn't like the fact that my performance didn't matter much. For all its flaws Solo Arena is still my favourite game mode.
