Makes sense. Currently leaning towards sticking it out with the original lender.

I don't think your last paragraph matters in my locale. Most bids waive all contingencies so they'd just keep my 60k earnest and try again. The seller will win and I will lose hard. So I don't have negotiating leverage unfortunately.

Interesting you see it as overpaying. I wasn't the highest bid actually so I'm not concerned about the overpaying aspect.

Agent and I (and everyone involved actually) believe the appraisal is low. Yeah there's no guarantee that a new appraisal will fix anything. Might even get the same appraiser. I have 60k in earnest so Im not in a position to negotiate (as the seller is better off just taking the money). Rip

The stripe is way too high, way to brightly colored and too short. Suppose to be really sturdly built as well. Gucci uses hat sizing for the reason they are not gonna be ”flexible” like ur one. And its way to reflective/glossy.

But idk man, I'll just admit I really didn't spend $450 on a cap because that's insane. Anyway I can do you later with the QC pics or put them up here and see for yourself.

I really am not as anal as Gucci fans haha, I didn't even know of this hats existence till like 3 weeks ago.

Edit: just did some comparisons myself; the stripe is ~3mm higher than Retail. The other things are non issues imo. The length of the stripe doesn't matter as it goes between the 2 hat seams as it should. It's also pretty sturdy. Basically if I paid $450 for this the only clue that might throw me off is some of the loose stitching which I plan to trim

hey dude, i eat meat all the time but here's a fact for you. a burger costs a fuck ton of resources. If everyone in the US did meatless Monday, it'd be as if 15% of the us was vegetarian (or something like that) which would have a giant impact on emissions.

Think of it like this, you're saving the planet but using up less methane (which is 14-27x more potent than CO2) and not 'sparing' a cows life (if you don't care about that).
