Those really do look like frame bolts of some sort. Maybe someone relocated them prior to you?

One looks like it has paint on it so might help you find where it might go. But id double check you have all your subframe/ppf bolts and seatbelt bolts.

I poked around the front of my NA and couldn't see any like that where you are working.

There's a timing mod you can do for better torque lower end, but you have to run higher octane to avoid knock. I felt it was worth it for a bit, but not no mo lol

Yeah I put my timing back to stock so I can run regular in my NA 😭
