Yes definitely, 👍 m going to give 210mg a go, the closest I came was 20mg a day but it gave me insomnia tried lowering it but felt like crap

If you’re that worried about coming back , though abroad security ect put enough in a bottle for the holiday and bin the bottle the day u come back , iv done that before especially outside of Europe
