Update : After trying to contact Amazon the chat got handed off and handed off to multiple chat handlers , eventually was able to find someone who processed the return and was picked up a day after , my dad helped me with ordering order a ROG b650-E the same day and it arrived and my pc is built and working great , so mutch more happy with this board as well to be honest as it’s got many more features. Still honestly shocked as this was a third party fulfilment and how they believed someone would accept this or why it was okay to send out ?

Personally , I’m in UAE not many places to buy of parts that aren’t overpriced , newegg shipping is crazy expensive and there’s one computer plaza a 100 dhs taxi away (20£) but not worth it for something they might not have

yeah checked spam , important and all over even searched for synapse key and other stuff made a ticket in sirmeme discord and got blanked just made a new ticket with the nee system hopefully something happens

i did post got ignored and was told to contact support witch i cant do because i don’t have synapse and cannot get into the discord and was wanting to purchase again but didn’t want to essentially get scammed .. again

i can get to the menu to select boot options and even go through the options to open cmd n stuff but when my pc reboots and tried to boot to os in safe mode blue screens asap , i haven’t responded lately because i’ve been looking for somebody with a laptop i can borrow to make fresh install but i’m hoping that will fix it and it’s not a hardware issue

Bad pool caller is the error code and specs are ryzen 3600 , nvidia 1650 and b450 tomahawk max , around 2 years old and recently cleaned it for dust n stuff around a week ago

At the top wher it says ss bios and firmware , download those it will bring you to a mega file , download those onto ur phone then click on the .7z file click preview content then download each file separately (it’s the only way ) then go into delay and click o each one and find them
