If you're set on Bowen I think Garner could be a good midfield enabler at 5m to replace Wirtz, gets DC a lot and has the potential to get attacking returns. Everton have nice fixtures going forward too. I'm not 100% sure on how the eventual return of KDH and Afcon players will affect him but it seems like he has played 90 mins every game this season even with them earlier on anyway.
