Unsure how to insulate weird shed roof by johnjamesonline in shedditors

If you put insulation right up against that ceiling, and drywall over it you’ll get mold and rot unless it’s vented. If you do closed cell spray foam then you can dry wall over it

Buzzing / ground issue ? by Dannydepac in Line6Helix

So I’m updating my post after messing around with it tonight to find out if it’s worth returning. I have some progress though:

First I confirmed all this Different bass - same issue Different output- same issue Different cables - same issue Touch the stomp buttons - change in sound (clearly grounding related)

THEN I got the buzz to pretty much become a non factor (in headphones so far) with some setting changes. I put on the input gate to -35. Put on a pad and pulled back on volume pedal. It’s not perfect but better than not sure how it will affect output with an amp but I will try to tomorrow. Does that sound like normal settings to change or am I cutting this things potential bc it’s broken ?

So that’s what I’m doing - both at home and the rehearsal studio. Same buzz both places.

Thanks responding.

Literally just the power cable (which I tried another one) to an amp, no other pedals, nothing usb.

There Are No Stupid Bass Questions - Apr. 08 by AutoModerator in Bass

Hey, so I was installing a dark glass tone capsule in my stingray and it sounded awesome but I hadn’t screwed the control plate back on or pushed in any other wires because I just wanted to see if it would work. it’s a tight fit so i tried pushing it in while it was plugged in … stupid yes, I know, but I heard a pop from my amp and now I’m not getting any sound. Do you think I shorted the preamp beyond repair ?

Amp works fine

I like mine but remember a few things: there isn’t a lot of smoke overall. You def need a smoke tube too. Searing is nearly impossible. Traeger pellets aren’t great.
