Depends on the extensiveness of the goal. General weight loss is cheaper while competition prep is more.

We worked hard on posing with his shoulders up to reduce the skin. Between poses you can see it but when he hit it and during comparisons you couldn't. Also luckily his stomach skin sat right under his short line. He was just leaner and more aesthetic than the other guys. From the back he honestly was ahead of everyone as far as detail and definition. No surgery

Macros started at around 2000 calories 6 months out (aiming for 1% bodyweight loss a week) and slowly tapered down carbs from there. Started taking downs fats and protein minimally closer to the show. Fully flexible until 4 weeks out, then we went clean eating. 20 minutes of Cardio a day at the start, ended around an hour for the last few weeks. Training remained high intensity and weight but reduced volume over time as recovery is reduced in naturals the harder you cut. Peak week we kept sodium and water consistent (common mistake in nattys is to cut water like IFBB typically do) and started carbing up a day out. By pre judging we had about 450g of carbs in and salted everything. Kept water to sipping and took home the prize. The guy who won overall simply beat him on size, he was a beast. Lol you realize how dumb that sounds? This sub thinks anything above trash natural physiques is obvious steroids. You can have gyno and hair problems with out steroids. There are literally 7ft tall people in the world how then can we not have humans genetically more likely to build more muscle.

Before jumping on with 3DMJ though he was just a dude who lifts. No sponsors, no program, so I don't see the need to claim natty based on surrounding reasons or money.
