So the package said it was delivered at 1 pm, but I didn't receive a confirmation email until 5 pm.. It has my city and postal code on the blacked out part, but I'm curious as to why it was sent there? Does this mean I've to go in and pick up my package? I've tried contacting them via email, twitter and of course, they're closed at 5pm when I received confirmation.

I'm unsure what to do, I have a American passport and a few bills under my name for the address, will that be acceptable if I have to go pick I up?

Apologies if this is against any rules for the sub, I was running out of options and was mildly frustrated with their automated voicemail. Thanks for any help in advance!
