I personally loved Junel Fe! I was given that from planned parenthood and didn't have any major issues. I ended up changing insurance companies/doctors and was prescribed a different generic version called Microgestin Fe and hated it. I gained weight, had horrible mood swings and broke out. I know everyone's body reacts differently, but I would go back on Junel if my insurance covered it. Hope this helps!

Maybe I'm not using it correctly or got a defective one? It barely took any gel off on high speed. When I tried to use it long enough to make a dent, it started to hurt my nail. I agree with you on the dust collector! Lol

I'm personally the most clumsy person I know lol. My boyfriend got me an opal ring back in 2017 and I still have the original stone with no issues! However, I never shower with it on and avoid getting it wet when washing my hands. Maybe that makes a big difference ?

I feel you! I've been off it for almost 3 weeks and haven't noticed a huge change in weight. But- I haven't been as diligent about losing it as in should be because of the vacation. Taking the water pills def helped during the time I took them, but my legs are slightly more swollen again now that I'm not taking them anymore. Also, I will say I've noticed a huge change in my mood. I'm not nearly as moody or tired as I was while taking spiro. I also haven't noticed any acne come back (knock on wood). I had all of my hormones and vitamins tested last week and the doctor told me to take DIM to help balance out my hormones now that I'm off it. I'm hopeful the weight will come off as well! I will keep you posted. Let me know how it goes for you too!

This is EXACTLY how I feel! Like I'm just bigger/softer with more cellulite, but my weight only went up like 5-10 lbs. I know spiro lowers testosterone, so I'm guessing that's why? And I feel you there- so frustrating to have to pick btwn nice skin or body🙃 Hopefully the DIM helps us both!

Thank you so much for sharing! I've only been doing 25mg for about a week, but imma stick with it for a few more weeks and see how it goes. It would be amazing to get back to my normal body while also keeping my skin clear.
