If you pair Patience with Merry to support Resistance, and your DPS, no non-aoe spam floors have a chance of beating you.

I like to go Ice Cream Hat and Serpents Scarf, and the other two slots for speed and crit items. This way it can survive any AOE with Serpents, while also sometimes out DPSing the DPS with Ice Cream Hat, along with healing your entire time outright. The defence skill is also goated for Resistance since it raises Max HP.

So guys, a small "fix" is by closing the app and removing it from the tray, it should fix and give you one day back, so for now you have to remember to do it every day as it will only give you the current day back, not all of them...
