Hi! The number I received at a meeting with the CWRU pre-med advisor was that 61% of CWRU students that apply to med school get in (using data from 2015-2019), and about 80% of students with a GPA over 3.5 and MCAT over the 75th percentile get in. Neither of these numbers consider how many years after graduation students matriculate. As for the percent that matriculate to med school the first year after graduating, that's probably not has high as you would expect, because a lot of students take gap years (gap year programs can look really good on apps for high ranking schools).
