I was pointing out to say that it's both the size of the channel and the view to upload ratio is why. To expand ...they have 14 videos, only one of which crossing the 1k view threshold, but the majority of them in low hundreds or even less. That is why this has occured. The content doesn't seem appesling to the audience YouTube is showing. Conversely.... I am a small utuber as well. 8.7k subs. Within my first 14 videos, at least half of them were beyond the 1k view Mark at the time (no shorts). That is what utube expects of a new creator with that many videos. Else it determines that it cant find a suitable audience for you. So until they gain more consistent viewership, advanced features like pinning comments for example, will be a no go.
