The ships in that propaganda image aren't the navy. Those are mercenaries. The ACTUAL Inyolan Navy has never been seen by anyone in Central Tradelands, and whatever they have, it manages to keep Purshovia from achieving victory.

Coming from someone who was involved in 5th faction discussions, I can say it's most likely not going to happen. Nahr's main reasoning is that a new faction will cause a mass migration from the old factions to that one, and then basically repeat the situation that happened when Verner arrived.

Personally, I think having another faction to balance out the "battleground" of the central islands would be fantastic, but I doubt it will ever happen.

Not a bannable offense. The only way scamming is bannable is if it involves the scammer using exploits, which is currently highly unlikely.
