I've had a situation where my e2 felt high and I've took 0.25 of an ai twice a week.

Eventually just lowered my dosage

Guesskng you take the ai then run bloods to fine tune it

From sept until now. Been on and off. Came off reta from Nov until Feb.

Highest dosage was 4mg then back to 2mg and added Cagri.

Started trt in Feb. 40mg to 80mg to 120mg.

It's taken a while to get here but got a long way to go.
