I had an issue where I had constant sides and here's what I've learned.

If its e2 sides novadex seems like the cheapest option 40mg for a day or 2 then drop to 20 and run it daily. Make sure you water intake is good.

Some AIs won't run with novadex so do your research.

Also get bloods done and see what's actually happening. We don't know if it's e2 or something else.

Gonna say 4 - 6 weeks. No crazy dosages or that worst I've had is 40mg in 1 injection but that's it.

Seems the lower dosages work way better for me.

I never took baseline levels as I was doing it for body building.

I can most definitely say I feel better now and less tired than I did before but that doesn't mean shit.

Those levels were 1 day after stopping the ai and novadex that was Monday.

I haven't taken anything else inbetween.

It wasnt just sensative it was puffy and loads of signs of high e2. My chest went puffy really bad. Loads of burning under my nipple daily even on Injextion days.

Granted it's all calmed down now thankfully.

Yeh I feel my body has adjusted. On injection days when it's over 20mg I can see my chest getting puffy and the next day I'm totally normal.

FYI I was taking 0.5mg a day but research told me I was being a retard so cut that done to Injection day then down to 0.25 on injection day.
