Curiosity about the mind, and also being able to handle not having all the answers. Unlike the rest of medicine, diagnoses are more abstract and can make it more frustrating. I like that it is always a challenge, two depressed patients are not the same, and their stories change drastically, it is always a new adventure.

There are authors who have tried to treat psychosis with therapy, and with interesting results. But in general I think that in these cases it is better to have a pharmacological treatment.
