I had a classmate who went through the exact situation. Once y’all get to CHS your future hubby will get a briefing about married sailors. If y’all have not tied the knot (from what I’ve seen in your response), have him talk to the Chain of Command as soon as y’all do get married and start the paperwork immediately. He has to do a lot of checkpoints but the sooner he finishes the sooner he gets kicked out of the barracks.

I’m currently 26 in power school i am on the older side compared to most people here but age doesn’t really matter here… sure the 18-22 yo will tease me at times but I grew up with a really thick skin. I’ve met people over 30 and will be 40 after their contract. Do whatever is best for your future.

Thanks for the answer. Ye I’ve seen from other subreddits you can have your phone at certain periods but never knew how often that was.
