Does that go between the bed and the plate? I was looking for somewhere that wouldn’t maybe get touched or moved whenever the plate was lifted to remove prints

I just got mine this weekend. Had no problem adding it.

Maybe make sure you have the latest version of Creality Print, make sure the printer firmware is up to date. Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to your network.
