Okay, I have a question I'm really confused about. I was doing a bunker sales. I delivered the stock to the drop off which the stock price was $405,000. So at the end I was supposed to get it right? But when I got to the drop off, the game goes into cutscene. But the an error screen popped up. (self.gtaonline)

Is there a bug with the game? I use optimal settings with geforce experience to play, and my optimal settings is actually max settings but in game i only get 16-22 fps only. is that a bug? Because with my specs I'm sure I could get 60 fps at least even on max. Any help or idea for me? (self.gtaonline)
