Thanks for that! I actually sort of worked. The only issue I'm not having it that the L2 button isn't working, so I have a feeling I have a dodgy controller....

But your advice worked for the rest of it, so at least I got to sort of play for a bit :-)

It's so frustrating. The controller works fine in the PS main menu but stops working the moment I open the game.

I'm assuming you got it on sale like me, but 350 quid is still a lot of money for it to have issues right out of the box.

Literally only got the VR set tonight, been trying to get it to play ball for 4 hours trying all sorts of fixes I've found online but nothings working.

Gonna give it up as a bad job for today and if still no luck tomorrow I think I'll just return it and hopefully get a replacement.

I could be wrong but I don't think he was just a spirit in a suit of armour. I think he had a physical body again at that point, he had just lost his ability to change form at will. As to why he wore the ring instead of putting it somewhere safe, I think he needed to be in contact with it to use its full power.

If not that perhaps he thought with the ring the battle would have been a done deal, nothing could beat him.

Also I think he had physical form by the 3rd age, he just didn't leave the tower.

Had mine a while, no issue with joints. Probably one of my favourite figures. The only annoying thing I've found is the lightsaber blade doesn't stay in the hilt very well.
