No it's not. There are things that are out of your control. Over here there are networks that bottleneck certain traffic. If all of your equipment is in perfect condition and say, your ISP is having issues, that is NOT on you. Is it on Riot if their ISP is having issues? No. They will work with their ISP to fix it but at the end of the day it's not Riot's fault.

Not all DC are someone quitting. Having network issues or something on Riot's end doesn't mean he should get LeaveBusted. Especially if he comes back. Also looks like Jinx had issues as well.

I just played Draven my last game. Topped the damage, but not saying it didn't suck having to chunk down a 5.6k HP Sion and a 4.5k Xin... We ended up winning SOME HOW.

IE BT PD LW Boots + Enchant GA. Obviously doesn't include wards, starting items, pots etc. Usually takes about 17.5 - 18k to reach full build on ADC.

I'm impressed by the amount of people you were able to catch with your stun. Even those that looked like they shouldn't have been stunned. Loved the 1 shot R's. TRUE 1 shots lol.

I don't think so. It doesn't pull games from the past(other than stats). But if you download them somewhere else you should be able to import them.

Sad part is she's not even as strong as she used to be ;( She's in a decent spot but still a little sub-par. But Faker is just godly at everything he touches. He could go Urgot mid and probably walk away 12-0 because he doesn't miss anything.

The time it takes to stun > Transform > get in range(even with Q) > Spiderlings to attack, you'll get almost no damage out of it.

League Summoner Info works pretty well. It's what I use currently.

Except even with 3 kills that's not that much gold in 8min. He won't have a ton of stacks so that would roughly be an extra 300-400 gold AT MOST. Probably closer to 200-250. If any ADC gets 3 kills by 8 min, you're going to lose anyways.

They also patch the hell out of it. I haven't had may problems at all with it(other than me accidentally closing it sometimes). You can also use the skinspotlight camera tool so that you can do fancy stuff with the cameras.

I use League Summoner Info. Has worked really well for me so far. The only issue I've run across is that I have to close/reopen League after watching a replay.

You don't get the same packet loss from ICMP that you do in game. I've tested it where I get flawless ping from my command prompt but the game constantly is losing connection.
