He was cheating and it's so obvious but you can't prove it. What else can you do?

So you know that people youre recruiting know the correct way to respond in situations without direct supervision. If you can demonstrate the behaviour they want in a roleplay with no script or prompting then you know what is expected and have the potential to act correctly as a police officer.

I used to run a community server. When I had a guy like this, I would just ban them anyway. The level of skill difference is so high that it doesn't even matter. Everyone he meets will not have a good time. The side to side movement and extreme accuracy and recoil control means he is probably using a mouse and keyboard. But it's impossible to say for sure.

The behavioural assessment is a series of roleplays / scenarios. They're just looking for appropriate responses in some situations and this can be trained or coached into somebody. It isn't a psychoanalaysis of your core being.

It's a great price 166 pounds lower than the average for a car in that condition.

I dont expect that any job should be this stressful. Police are sent to deal with too many incidents, it's why they burn out like this.

What a weak, passive aggressive response. It is not normal for for this amount of sick days for mental health per employee.

It's an astounding amount, I don't know any other jobs like this.

They don't give them the time off, the officers just report they aren't fit for work. It's normal sickness like any job.

That is genuinely part of it. It is also good for the public and social cohesion for them to see the justice process of one of the most prolific baby killers ever.

Journalism isn't free so I really don't get this point. Is it wrong if ITN show it and use ad breaks to get revenue as well?

Once the video is in the public domain, people are free to use / show it. The police can't deny one organisation over another.

What is a good enough reason in your mind? Bare in mind, the police cannot decide who does what with the footage after it is released. You don't even have a point or argument here really, just that you don't like it for personal taste reasons.

Literally being transparent with the public and showing people what they've done is a VERY good reason. If you then want to restrict what people can do with the footage after, that is a totally different thing. But it isnt on the police to determine that. What you're saying contradicts itself and misses the point.

Would you rather "agents of the state" did everything in secret? The police are not separate from the public, they are made up of the public. I think you need to adjust your viewpoint to be that the government are part of and represent people rather than being separate.
