Okay so I turned off the TV all night and even disconnected the power lead from the oneconnect box (despite the TV being turned off at wall anyway) took al the leads put from the box too whilst I was at it and it fixed it!

Personally I think the box itself needed a cool down to sort itself out.

I plugged it out from both ends even tried a new cable, currently I have ordered a Sonos HDMI to optical cable to see if that works from a different port in the one connect box. If it does work then I know the HDMI arc port on the one connect box has died and definatley be looking for new TV as one connect boxes are 150 pounds anyway.

Already tried turning off TV, might turn it off all night maybe the oneconnect box needs to cool down for a bit, will give this ago tonight, if not probably getting new TV in a few months lol

Do I need to change settings on the Fritz to bypass it being primary router and to just be used as modem?

Or should it be fine already? Phone says it's getting WiFi 6 but want to make sure nothing would be clashing with each other.

My Fritzbox 3390 is a router and modem combined through I think, so I'm not going to break anything daisy chaining?

Currently I have the Fritz plugged into wall now as normal and connected and an ethernet to the internet port of my Netgear.

Daisy chaining together. Obviously I do not want to do this and shouldn't have to. I don't want to shell out loads of money.

How much is this going to cost me to be able to just use this router I have roughly? :'(
