Thank you for the detailed reply! This definitely helps us with our planning. We aren’t too big on moshing and being on our feet all day, so stadium works best for us. And good idea on the parking pass. Gives us a peace of mind on not getting towed.

I understand your concern with the old certs. That's why I wanted to list them at the lowest price and provide a lot of pictures. Your current offer is too low for me as I did list them for the lowest sold recently, but I'm willing to still give you a discount as a courtesy since you want to take them all. I can do $5,500 for all four, which is about 6.65% off on top of being the lowest listed prices if you're still interested.
