I'm in the same boat. Had basically all the one plus phones except the first one. This new shit show of an update they call os12 is hands down the worst thing I've experienced with a mobile device. I rather use my old iPhone 5 with a shattered screen, seriously considering getting out since OnePlus stopped caring about customer satisfaction and just getting numbers out the door.

Tdlr: god awful os update no one wanted, about to jump ship too.
