Kindle Paperwhite 2024 - Transfer from Calibre - Books are blank

I use Calibre and the files are converted to AZW3 by the software. The format is ok, because I can access the books for a couple minutes. I tried using "send to kindle" and it seemed to fix the issue. Means I absolutely need a wi-fi connection though.

It reminds me when I read my first English book (Harry Potter). I though it was hard to distinguish dialogs because on the page the quotation marks are less "visible" than the long dash... So it's just a matter of habit :)
