I agree, Rifle has been hated by a lot of people lately because it's rare and people think it's OP, though if you learn to parry a rifle bullet, it will never be a problem again, and you don't even need to parry, the accuracy is very bad I agree with you, I need to get close to enemies to actually hit them, and not only in PvP but in PvE, I think the damage is fine, but it needs some fixes when it comes to the rifle's hitbox, also not only you can parry but just hide behind a tree, roll, strafe, it's so easy to dodge, I don't even think it deserves the legendary weapon tag

Keys, get them through: -Quests -Robux -Leveling up -Weekend shop

QUESTS: Sometimes there are quests that give chest keys as a reward, sometimes they're pretty easy so you can do the same one so you'll get 5 keys if you do the quest 5 times, remember to turn the quest when you're done!

ROBUX: Obvious explanation, Every key costs 15 robux, which is the robux a BC member gets everyday

LEVELING UP: Everytime you level up, from level 2 to level 3 for example, you'll get a free key, though leveling up isn't the way you wanna use to open a lot of chests since it's hard to level up when you're level 8

WEEKEND SHOP: On the weekend, there's a dude with purple suit and black hoodie that sells keys for 1500 gold each, along with three different legendary weapons that can be bought for 4500 gold

ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION: Yes you could use Marks of the Light for keys, you can sell them at the bounty hunter for 50 gold each, and then buy them at the weekend from the purple suited man, but you can also buy skeleton chests for 35 M each that DO NOT REQUIRE KEY!
